Reliable remote desktop protection

We meet the highest requirements of businesses and individuals

99.9% availability

We guarantee uninterrupted infrastructure work and 99.9% availability according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA). We also provide financial compensation in case of its violation.

No fixed payments

We charge every 10 minutes and only for the resources you use. Refill the balance for the amount you need and stop overpaying for unnecessary capacity.

Guaranteed data protection

The architecture of our cloud does not have a single point of failure. In case of an unforeseen failure of any architectural object, the virtual infrastructure will not be affected.

VMware and vStack virtualization

We use the best virtualization solutions in the market — vStack and VMware ESXi, as well as VMware DRS and High Availability technologies. After a hardware failure, they automatically restore operation.

Useful instructions

I have created a terminal server. How do I order additional licenses?

Go to «IaaS vmware» — «Servers» in the control panel and click on your server name — a page with settings opens. Go to «Settings» — «Licenses», and click the «Add» button. You will see the following list of licenses:

  • Terminal Service: RDP licenses required for connecting users to the terminal server over the RDP Protocol. Each user is required to have a separate license.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Standard Edition, CoreLic: a software for business intelligence and data management. The per-core licensing model.
  • Microsoft Office Standard: an enterprise version of popular office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Publisher. Each terminal server and each employee needs to have a separate license. For example, if you plan to organize remote access to the MS Office package for 5 employees, you will need to purchase 6 licenses in total — one for the terminal server and one license for each employee.
  • Microsoft Office Professional Plus: an extended version of the Plus package. Among the other services, it includes Access and Skype for business.

Once you have selected the needed number of all necessary licenses, fill in the following entries: «Server administrator login», «Administrator password», «Time to activate», and click «Order». Our team will install the software you have selected at the specified time.

How do I connect to a remote desktop?

To connect to a remote desktop, you need to download the RDP file in the control panel and open it with a double click. You will see a dialog box. Enter the administrator password specified in the control panel. If you entered all data correctly, you will get access to the remote desktop.

How do I transfer data from my local computer to the server?

You can sync data from your local device to the server, using the RDP client.

Right-click the RDP file and select «Edit» in parameters. Enable the option of transferring local data to the server. Find a menu, click on parameters in the lower-left corner and open the tab with local resources. Then click «Learn more». In the opened window expand the column named «Disks». Next, you will see the list of options. Select the disk partitions and media that you want to transfer to the server.

Now, it is all done. You can find your synced data on your server in «My computer».

Solving connection problems when using RDP

Most errors related to RDP connections can be solved by one of the following ways:

1. Check whether the password you entered is correct and make sure that there are no extra characters (for example, a space — it can be difficult to notice its presence).
2. Check whether your server is enabled in the control panel.
3. Make sure that the domain is not specified in the connection settings.
4. If the computer is connected to a corporate network, check that port 3389 is not blocked (corporate network administrators often block it).

If none of the methods are successful, go to the Start Menu and type «cmd» in the «Run Command» — the command line opens. Type «ping »:

  • If you see this response: «Reply from IP address: bytes=xx time=xms TTL=xxx» try again the methods described in paragraphs 1-4 listed above;
  • If you see this response: «Time of request is exceeded», check your Internet connection since the error was caused by a lack of network access.
